It is with great enthusiasm that we welcome Danilo Loris Fusaro, the new Chef who will lead the kitchen of the Tombolo Talasso Resort.

He grew up in the typical family-owned trattoria, completing his studies and increasing his experience in renowned hotel chains such as Four Seasons and Marriott.

He moved abroad, where he perfected his technical skills alongside Chef Sergio Mei. After several experiences in America and France opens two restaurants owned, one in Santo Domingo and one in Milan.

He has worked for years with important hotel chains known all over the world, refining his art and his mastery.
