WINE BAR & CELLAR

The Wine Bar is a warm and inviting corner of the main lobby dedicated to good wine and typical Tuscan hors d'oeuvres. The cellar boasts almost 300 labels among the best local, regional and national wines including the well-known wines of the Bolgheri area. Our Guests can taste these wines by the glass or bottle together with quality selections of cured meats from the estate “ Il Bruciato”, selected cheeses and olive oils.

The Wine Bar also offers the possibility of a snack or light brunch in-between SPA treatments. The menu features soups, sandwiches, salads and desserts as well as buffet lunches during the fall and winter seasons. If you wish to bring back a genuine piece of Tuscan land, the Wine Bar also functions as a wine shop.
