The main ingredients are olive oil produced in Castagneto Carducci, meat from
the local cattle farms, typical local game like wild boar, cheese of local production
and of course fish from the nearby Gulf of Baratti. Low calorie recipes are available
too, in agreement with the wellness philosophy of this Lifestyle Resort.

offers its guests a wide selection of national and international wines of the
highest quality.
