The Cosmopolitan Golf is on the coast of Tuscany, only 600 meters from the sea, and is easily reachable from the main Tuscan cities of art of and from the Pisa International Airport. In 1993 it was voted the best course in Italy. SAILING LESSONS

Sud Ovest was established in 1988 in San Vincenzo. Since April 2000 to the sailing school was added a chartering business. The fleet is made by one Elan 40 (3 double cabins, 8 beds,2 bathrooms), new 2002 from Elan shipyard, and one Sun Odyssey 34.2 ( 3 double cabins, 8 beds,1 bathrooms), and from two ship made by the American shipyard Catalina: one Catalina 320 ( 2 double cabins, 7 beads, 1 bathroom) and one Catalina 34 ( 2 double cabins, 7 beds, 1 bathrooms) and one new 2004 First 211.The harbour Salivoli Marina in Piombino is in a perfect position for those who wish to cruise around the Tuscan Archipelago, to Corsica and Sardinia. It is located just 5 nautical miles from the island of Elba and almost the same distance from both the islands of Giglio and Capraia, approx. 30 nautical miles.

TIME CHARTER (PIOMBINO)

Time Charter has a fleet of 22 vessels of 10 to 15 metres, most of which are owned by the company. All clients' requests can be met, offering the enjoyment and fun of fast boats for sport as well as cruising vessels for a more relaxed sailing experience. Itineraries can be planned along the coast from Liguria to the Tuscan archipelago. Time Charter, established in 1987, is based in Viareggio and now has bases in Salivoli on the southern Tuscany coast. These bases, being ideally situated in the heart of the Tyrrhenian sea with its excellent weather conditions, enable the company to give clients from home and abroad all the flavour and richness that the Tuscan-Ligurian coast has to offer, including excellent sub-aqua diving (equipment can be hired locally).
